Body Awareness for the Birth Worker

Join Pacific Doula Services in welcoming Brandon Chien, Fitness Professional and Strength Coach!

This two-hour skill-building workshop is intended for birth workers of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Learn the techniques for bringing comfort, strength, and resiliency to YOUR body (and thus your birth business). This workshop will focus on body awareness and fitness skills to bolster and support YOU, both in and out of the birth room.

// Including a special instruction on the "10-minute Reboot for Birth Workers"

As a partner to a birth worker, Brandon has unique insight into the particular challenges that birth work places on the body. As a weightlifting coach and personal trainer, Brandon brings his holistic and hand's on approach to the learning experience.

This workshop will be hosted in San Mateo, in my living room. Attendance is capped at 14 folks.

The cost is $25 for the first 7 people who register; $40 for the last few registrants.
